We have been building and scaling remote teams for the last four years and have built a community of over 50000 remote engineers across the world. We didn’t start with a remote work policy, rather consolidated it over time, through systems thoroughly tried and tested.

As a remote friendly company, we don’t want to be chained to our desks 24X7, we don’t want it for our crew.
AVAILABILITY
Flexible work hours. Individual teams find their own overlap for an hour or two for synchronous sync ups, and that’s it.
COMMUNICATION
We don’t demand constant and instantaneous communication, we encourage our responses to be within a day. We avoid emails whenever we can help it.
COLLABORATION
When work becomes virtual, tools become the office. The platforms we collaborate through contribute to how we work.
Compliance
Good stuff comes with the responsibility to keep it good. Don’t let anything out which doesn’t belong outside the company.
